Apple pen device Flavour in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Apple in Bristol: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the apple habit
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A apple pen device from the budget options in Bristol costs about £2.95 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: apple in Bristol works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple pen device really costs in Bristol
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.95 per 10 ml.
How we tested apple in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where apple goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On apple the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.95 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
How long does apple in a pen device last?
In Bristol we measured 2 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
