Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Blackcurrant box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long blackcurrant tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a blackcurrant box mod really costs in Bristol

How we tested blackcurrant in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.86 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £1.86 per 10 ml liquid plus £36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within £1.86 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
