Citrus sub-ohm kit Flavour in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Citrus in Bristol: 10 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
Citrus in Bristol reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Citrus sub-ohm kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a citrus sub-ohm kit really costs in Bristol
The honest read on citrus: 10 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested citrus in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a sub-ohm kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing citrus with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should citrus start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.57 per 10 ml liquid plus £28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does citrus in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Bristol we measured 3 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
