Coffee cartomizer Flavour in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Coffee in Bristol: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.72 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: coffee in Bristol works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coffee cartomizer really costs in Bristol
Coffee in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested coffee in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Mixing coffee with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
Is coffee legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
