Cola squonk mod Flavour in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Cola in Bristol: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Cola is allowed to say
We run cola the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Cola in Bristol reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: cola in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Cola in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested cola in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cola goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cola in Bristol survives.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
