Dessert box mod Flavour in Bristol: the best shortlist
Dessert in Bristol: 6 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Dessert box mod here
Dessert box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long dessert tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a dessert box mod really costs in Bristol
Dessert in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested dessert in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every dessert bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.11 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Bristol?
Yes, tracked to 2–4 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does dessert in a box mod last?
In Bristol we measured 5 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
