Fig box mod Flavour in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Fig in Bristol: 22 units tested over 6 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Fig is allowed to say
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.16 per 10 ml.
The honest read on fig: 22 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a fig box mod really costs in Bristol
Fig box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested fig in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where fig goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.16 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
