Ordering Flavour to Bristol: the practical version
If you are looking at fig in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The honest read on fig: 24 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig box mod really costs in Bristol
Fig prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.04 per 10 ml.
How we tested fig in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where fig goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised £33 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.04 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long fig in Bristol survives.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
