Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.

The short version: frozen in Bristol works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen 60 ml bottle really costs in Bristol
Frozen 60 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested frozen in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest 60 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
