Lime squonk mod Flavour in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Lime in Bristol: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Lime squonk mod here
There is no single best way to buy Flavour in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The honest read on lime: 7 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: lime in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime squonk mod really costs in Bristol
The honest read on lime: 7 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested lime in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where lime goes wrong
- Mixing lime with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lime tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.19 per 10 ml liquid plus £44 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
