Melon pen device Flavour in Bristol: the online shortlist
Melon in Bristol: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What melon costs in Bristol
Melon in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you are looking at melon in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: melon in Bristol works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon pen device really costs in Bristol
A melon pen device from the online options in Bristol costs about £3.17 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested melon in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for melon in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
