Home / Melon RDA Flavour in Bristol: the review shortlist

What the label on Melon is allowed to say

Melon RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 7 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

If you are looking at melon in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.

Below is the run we did for this search: 7 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

What a melon RDA really costs in Bristol

There is no single best way to buy Flavour in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

How we tested melon in a RDA

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
3. Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.

• Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
• Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
• Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.

Where melon goes wrong

• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
• Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
• Treating the advertised £31 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.65 per 10 ml.

The rules that apply here

UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
