Mintice in Bristol: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Choosing a squonk mod for mintice
We run mintice the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long mintice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mintice squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Mintice in Bristol reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mintice in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.92 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
