Mintice in Bristol: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £1.65 per 10 ml.
Most people searching Flavour in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: mintice in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice squonk mod really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at mintice in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mintice in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised £54 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £1.65 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How long does mintice in a squonk mod last?
In Bristol we measured 8 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
Is mintice legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
