Nutty squonk mod Flavour in Bristol: the review shortlist
Nutty in Bristol: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How to tell a good squonk mod from a repack
Nutty sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run nutty the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long nutty tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a nutty squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Nutty sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested nutty in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
