Pear squonk mod Flavour in Bristol: the compare shortlist
Pear in Bristol: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What pear costs in Bristol
We run pear the same way in Bristol: same squonk mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Most people searching Flavour in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear squonk mod really costs in Bristol
A pear squonk mod from the compared options in Bristol costs about £2.82 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where pear goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

On the last run in Bristol: about £2.82 per 10 ml liquid plus £30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does pear in a squonk mod last?
In Bristol we measured 7 to 7 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
