Plain squonk mod Flavour in Bristol: the budget shortlist
Plain in Bristol: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Delivery, returns and what 2–4 business days really means
A plain squonk mod from the budget options in Bristol costs about £2.91 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plain in Bristol reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: plain in Bristol works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain squonk mod really costs in Bristol
The honest read on plain: 19 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into Bristol.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Bristol survives.
- Treating the advertised £40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.91 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Flavour online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
How long does plain in a squonk mod last?
In Bristol we measured 6 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
