Plum refill pack Flavour in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Bristol: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Plum refill pack here
Plum in Bristol reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £3.46 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum refill pack really costs in Bristol
If you are looking at plum in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised £36 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.46 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.46 per 10 ml liquid plus £36 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.46 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
