Plum sub-ohm kit Flavour in Bristol: the wholesale shortlist
Plum in Bristol: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Plum is allowed to say
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Plum in Bristol reaches the shelf in sub-ohm kit formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum sub-ohm kit really costs in Bristol
The honest read on plum: 15 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plum in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised £50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £2.41 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Plum | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | sub-ohm kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 15 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in the UK |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Bristol | 2–4 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | £50 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | £2.41 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Can I order Flavour online in Bristol?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 2–4 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On plum the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.41 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
