Plum vape pen Flavour in Bristol: the online shortlist
Plum in Bristol: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
A plum vape pen from the online options in Bristol costs about £3.16 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, vape pen, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Bristol
We run plum the same way in Bristol: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Bristol.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised £57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run £3.16 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
How long does plum in a vape pen last?
In Bristol we measured 2 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
