Raspberry squonk mod Flavour in Bristol: the guide shortlist
Raspberry in Bristol: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the raspberry habit
A raspberry squonk mod from the starter options in Bristol costs about £2.49 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Raspberry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Bristol that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within £2.49 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long raspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a raspberry squonk mod really costs in Bristol
Ordering into Bristol usually means waiting 2–4 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested raspberry in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Bristol, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why raspberry tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should raspberry start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Why does raspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the raspberry blend itself harsh.
Is raspberry legal to sell in the UK?
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
