Salted RDA Flavour in Bristol: the deals shortlist
Salted in Bristol: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy Flavour in Bristol. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Salted in Bristol reaches the shelf in RDA formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted RDA really costs in Bristol
Salted in a RDA is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested salted in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Bristol.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where salted goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Bristol survives.
- Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.
Packaging for salted in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.48 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
How long does salted in a RDA last?
In Bristol we measured 9 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
