Ordering Flavour to Bristol: the practical version
We run sour the same way in Bristol: same starter kit, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
A sour starter kit from the value options in Bristol costs about £1.81 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sour starter kit really costs in Bristol
The honest read on sour: 12 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into Bristol.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a sour bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sour goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a starter kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
