Sourcherry in Bristol: 10 units tested over 4 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Where buyers go wrong with sourcherry in Bristol
The honest read on sourcherry: 10 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A sourcherry sub-ohm kit from the online options in Bristol costs about £2.54 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a sourcherry sub-ohm kit really costs in Bristol
Sourcherry in a sub-ohm kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Bristol the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested sourcherry in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into Bristol.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a sourcherry bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sourcherry in Bristol survives.
- Mixing sourcherry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £2.54 per 10 ml liquid plus £53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sourcherry the budget price and the premium price can sit within £2.54 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
