Sweet box mod Flavour in Bristol: the flat shortlist
Sweet in Bristol: 20 units tested over 9 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the sweet habit
Sweet in Bristol reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Most people searching Flavour in Bristol are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: sweet in Bristol works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet box mod really costs in Bristol
A sweet box mod from the flat-rate options in Bristol costs about £3.56 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sweet in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest box mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sweet in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle. Shipping of nicotine to Bristol runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.56 per 10 ml liquid plus £33 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should sweet start at?
Start at whatever the UK allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
Why does sweet taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the sweet blend itself harsh.
