Tropical 60 ml bottle Flavour in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Tropical in Bristol: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
How we tested Tropical 60 ml bottle here
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on tropical: 13 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: tropical in Bristol works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical 60 ml bottle really costs in Bristol
Tropical in Bristol reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tropical in a 60 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tropical in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to the UK need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Bristol: about £3.14 per 10 ml liquid plus £37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within £3.14 per 10 ml once 2–4 business days is counted.
