Home / Tropical RDA Flavour in Bristol: the cheap shortlist

What the label on Tropical is allowed to say

The honest read on tropical: 23 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

Tropical RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 23 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.

If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

What a tropical RDA really costs in Bristol

We run tropical the same way in Bristol: same RDA, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

How we tested tropical in a RDA

1. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 2–4 business days.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
• Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in the UK, not a suggestion.

Where tropical goes wrong

• Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Bristol survives.
• Chasing a discount on a RDA that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
• Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

The rules that apply here

UK rules cap e-liquids at 10 ml and 20 mg/ml, with batch codes on every bottle.

Packaging for tropical in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
