Cola pen device Flavour in Bristol: the cheap shortlist
Cola in Bristol: 18 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Bristol.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cola habit
Cola sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you are looking at cola in Bristol, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: cola in Bristol works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cola pen device really costs in Bristol
We run cola the same way in Bristol: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested cola in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in the UK, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 2–4 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cola goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Bristol accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Bristol stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in the UK sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for cola in Bristol must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
